1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tiny Buddy (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Tiny Buddy is an interactive companion designed for children, blending play with technology to foster growth and engagement. The App provides the following features:
Child Companionship: AI-driven interactive experiences tailored to provide emotional support and engaging companionship for children.
Digital Toys: A variety of interactive tools and features that serve as digital playmates to stimulate creativity and curiosity.
Conversation History: Securely maintained logs of interactions, allowing users to revisit past conversations and track developmental milestones.
Account System: Users can create an account using their email address to securely store settings and interaction history.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access the full suite of features, including saving conversation history, you must register for an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and current information.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings. Upon deletion, your email information and saved conversation history will be permanently removed from our active databases.
4. Subscription Terms
Tiny Buddy offers auto-renewable subscription options to access premium features.
Subscription Plans: We offer various plans (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, or Lifetime). Specific pricing is displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
Billing: Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
5. User Responsibilities and Safety
When using Tiny Buddy, you agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the integrity of the App’s services.
Acknowledge that while Tiny Buddy is designed for children, parental supervision is encouraged to ensure the best experience.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Tiny Buddy (including but not limited to AI models, character designs, and software code) are the exclusive property of Starfruit Lab or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. User-Generated Content
We do not claim ownership of the conversations or content generated through your interaction with the App. You retain your rights to such content. However, by using the App, you allow the system to process this data locally or securely to provide the companionship service.
8. Third-Party Services
Tiny Buddy does not use third-party analytics trackers (such as Mixpanel). The App interacts with the Apple App Store for payment processing and account management, which are governed by Apple's own terms and conditions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms or through an in-app notification.
